4. Tickets, Bookings & Payments

• Booking confirmation may be sent via SMS, email, or dashboard.

• Some events may have limited seats or sell out quickly.

• Payment methods may include M-Pesa, bank options, or card processors.

• Mombasani is not responsible for event cancellations by organizers, but we may assist in communication or refund processes where possible.

5. Platform Fees & Withdrawal

• Commission or service fees may apply for organizers and vendors.

• Withdrawal methods may include M-Pesa and bank transfers (availability depends on region).

• Charges, processing time, and limits may vary depending on the provider.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

Refunds depend on event/organizer policies.
Organizers must state a clear refund policy when posting an event.
If no policy is listed, refunds are handled at the organizer’s discretion.

Mombasani may step in for dispute mediation when possible, but we are not the final decision-maker.

7. Prohibited Activities

Users may not:

• Post false, harmful, or illegal content

• Harass or scam other users

• Impersonate individuals or organizations

• Use bots or automated tools to attack the platform

• Upload harmful files, malware, or unauthorized software

8. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, design, and trademarks of Mombasani are our property.
Users cannot copy, sell, or redistribute content without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

We work to keep the platform safe and reliable, but we cannot guarantee perfect uptime.
Mombasani is not responsible for:

• Third-party payment delays

• User disputes or errors made by organizers/vendors
